A face feels good as hell from the British reality TV show ‘Love Island’.
On Friday’s episode of BBC’s The Graham Norton Show, the Truth Hurts singer admitted to watching the dating series – but revealed that one term used by the contestants confused her.
“I watch Love Island, so there are a lot of them. “Feels”, “Feels like a proper cup”. I ask myself “What is a cup?” For example, a cup is what you drink coffee from. You know, or there’s like an “evil cup,” “Why are you robbing me?” But what does “pint” mean here? I don’t think it’s the same thing.”
“A glass is a face, isn’t it?” suggested presenter Graham Norton.
“Really? Well, they’ll be like, ‘I feel like a mug.’ I’m like, ‘What? How can you feel like a ceramic mug with… I don’t understand. But yeah, I really like this one.'”
“When you’re suffocated, you act in a disingenuous or shady way. Therefore, to be robbed is to be dumped, lied to, or otherwise disrespected by your significant other.’
