Actor F. Murray Abraham said many of his lines from the second season of the hit TV show White Lotus are “immortal”, but one stands above all others and is now repeated to him on the street.
“I mean, it’s a penis. This is not a sunset,” Abraham’s character Bert DiGrasso says onscreen to his son Michael Imperioli (who plays Dominic) and grandson Adam DiMarco (aka Albie) during a conversation about penile aesthetics.
“That’s a great line,” Abraham told Jimmy Fallon on “The Tonight Show” this week, revealing how people in New York will now be stopping him to say, “Hey, penis, hey!”
“I get the same. I get the exact same thing,” Fallon cracked back.
Abraham also revealed the sweet move he would make while working as Santa at Macy’s department store in the early years of his career.
