Christina Richie will not repeat her famous role of Wednesday Adams.

In news that will excite all the scary and strange fans of the Adams family, Christina Richie has officially joined the cast of on Netflix upcoming reboot, Wednesday.
While Richie will not repeat the lead role that made him iconic in the Adams films of the early ’90s, Deadline has revealed that she will play an entirely new, regular character in the series.
Richie joins Jenna Ortega, who will play the lead role, Catherine Zeta-Jones as Mortisha Adams and Luis Guzman as Gomez Adams.
The show, directed by Tim Burton and written by Al Goff and Miles Miller, will focus on Wednesday Adams as she goes through the trials and tribulations of high school at Nevermore Academy.
Also on Wednesday will be Game of Thrones alumnus Gwendolyn Christie as director of the School of the Supernatural and Ricky Lindhome of Knives Out as the new therapist for Wednesday Adams.
Although the show has yet to be released, we know it will have an eight-episode debut season.
